Is this right for me if I’m in the early stages of my business?
This intensive is designed for women who have already started — you have an offer, some income, and a real sense of where you want to go. If you’re pre-launch or still testing your first offer, the timing may not be right yet. But if you’ve got momentum and need structure to scale it, this room was built for you.
What’s the time commitment for both days?
Both days are full-day sessions with intentional breaks built in — this isn’t a marathon, it’s a structured experience designed to keep you energized and focused. Times will be confirmed upon registration. Plan to be fully present for both days to get the full value of the arc we’ve designed.
I’ve been to business workshops before and left with a notebook full of notes and nothing else. How is this different?
Fair. Most workshops are built around content delivery — you absorb, you get inspired, you go home. This intensive is built around output. You’re not here to take notes. You’re here to build. By the end of day two you’ll have an actual, executable plan in your hands — not a highlight reel of things to think about later.
What does “somatic practice” actually mean — and do I need any experience with it?
No experience needed. Somatic practice simply means we work with your body, not just your brain. Most business planning ignores the fact that decision fatigue, fear, and pressure live in your nervous system — not just your mindset. Sonja weaves grounding practices throughout both days so you can access genuine clarity instead of just pushing through. It’s practical, not woo.
Will I have access to the materials after the event?
Yes. Your workbook and planning framework are yours to keep — designed for ongoing use, not a one-time fill-in. You’ll also have access to the private attendee community after the event so the momentum you build in the room doesn’t stop when you walk out.
How many people will be in the room?
Seats are intentionally limited to keep the experience high-touch. This is not a conference. You’ll know everyone in the room by name by the end of day one — and the size is part of what makes the facilitation work.
Is this connected to The Academy?
Yes — this intensive is a signature experience by The Academy, led by all three co-founders. It’s designed to stand completely on its own as a transformational two-day experience. For women who want to go deeper after the intensive, The Academy’s 6-month mentorship program is the natural next step. There’s no pressure — but the door is open.
What’s your refund policy?
Because seats are limited and held specifically for you, we don’t offer refunds — but we do offer transfers. If something comes up, you can transfer your seat to another woman or apply your investment toward a future run of the intensive. We’re flexible with real life — we just ask for advance notice.
